How To Get Indian Food In Madrid

  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoons garam masala

  • 600g chicken thigh fillets
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 20g butter
  • 1 brown onion
  • 410g tomato puree
  • ½ cup stock chicken
  • ½ cup thickened cream

Some simple steps should be followed to get the dish butter chicken prepared. First of all, a ceramic dish can be taken. Garlic, coriander, cumin, garam masala, yogurt and chili powder can be blended well into the ceramic dish. After mixing the above mentioned ingredients, chicken should be added with the blend. The mixture should be stirred well and then it should be kept in the refrigerator for at least two hours.

Next a saucepan should be taken. In the next step, oil should be heated with butter in medium to high heat. Onions should be added. It should be left for 3-4 minutes to be cooked. After 3-4 minutes, chicken mixture kept in refrigerator should be added to the saucepan. Now the mixture should be stirred for five more minutes. Now tomato puree and chicken stock can be added to the mixture. The heat should be kept low. It should be given ten more minutes.

At the end, cream should be added before serving. Butter chicken goes well both with polao, rice or naans.
